Ho Won Kim is a Seoul-born, New York-based curator and writer whose work engages contemporary art in Korean and Asian diasporic contexts and the life of images across media technologies. He is currently a Hyundai Card Exchange Visitor Fellow at the Museum of Modern Art, New York. Previously, he managed exhibitions and publication projects at Tina Kim Gallery, New York, and served as the MODA Curates Fellow at Columbia University's Miriam and Ira D. Wallach Art Gallery. He has contributed to an exhibition catalogue published by the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea (MMCA), and his writing has appeared in ArtReview, Hyperallergic, The Brooklyn Rail, Sculpture Magazine, and ArtAsiaPacific, among other publications. He holds a BA in French Literature and Media Communication from Chung-Ang University and an MA in Modern and Contemporary Art: Critical and Curatorial Studies from Columbia University.
